Shooting of the 100th film of veteran South Indian cinema actor Nagarjuna begins
South Indian cinema’s veteran actor Akkineni Nagarjuna has been in the news for a long time about his 100th film. Currently, this film, which is being made with the temporary title of ‘King 100’, is being directed by Ra Karthik.
The makers have informed through social media that the film has now moved from the pre-production stage to the main shooting stage and its shooting will be completed in multiple schedules. The most special thing about the film is that actress Tabu will also be seen playing an important role in it.
Nagarjuna had told in an interview that when Tabu came to know about his 100th film, he himself expressed his desire to be a part of this special project. The two actors were last seen together in the 1998 Telugu film ‘Aavida Maa Avide’.
‘King 100’ is being produced under Nagarjuna’s own banner Annapurna Studios. Although the story of the film has been kept completely confidential at the moment, the makers say that it will be a mainstream film with emotional depth, which will have a balance of entertainment and a sensitive story.
Along with Telugu, the film is also being planned to be released in Hindi, Tamil and other languages. Nagarjuna was recently seen in Rajinikanth’s film ‘Coolie’, while Tabu has recently been in the news for ‘Bhoot Bangla’. In such a situation, this return of both the stars is considered special for the audience.
