After a long legal struggle, encroachment was removed from Dulabhchhada Bada Bazaar of the district.

Shribhoomi: After a long-running legal battle, a family finally got back their land in Bada Bazaar area of ​​Dulabhchhada in Shribhoomi district. In the presence of the administration, action was taken to remove encroachment and the land concerned was freed from encroachment. According to sources, in the year 2007, a case was filed in the district court regarding land between Benuranjan Dev and Abdul Hameed of Dulabhchhada Bada Bazaar under Ramakrishnanagar assembly constituency of Sribhoomi district. This case was filed by Benuranjan Dev.

His allegation was that Abdul Hameed had illegally occupied his land and used it for a long time. After a long hearing based on evidence and testimony from both sides, the court recently gave its verdict in favor of Benuranjan Dev. After this, on Monday evening of 27th April, in the presence of the police administration, with the help of JCB machine, the illegal house of Abdul Hameed built on the said land was demolished and the land was handed over to the real owner.

However, due to lack of contact, response from both the parties could not be obtained in this matter.
