Atishi’s big statement: Atishi Marlena said- AAP will not end
Allegations and counter-allegations have intensified between Arvind Kejriwal’s party Aam Aadmi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party. According to claims, the political atmosphere has become more heated after the news of some MPs leaving the party and joining BJP.
New Delhi: Recently, the political stir in Aam Aadmi Party has intensified after the news of seven MPs allegedly joining Bharatiya Janata Party. Amidst this development, the round of allegations and counter-allegations has also increased between the opposition parties. Now senior party leader and Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Atishi has strongly retaliated against the sharp attacks made by BJP on Aam Aadmi Party.
Atishi said that it is not as easy to destroy or weaken the Aam Aadmi Party as some political parties think. He claimed that in the last one and a half decade, many times it was said that the party would end, but every time AAP has made a strong comeback.
“Condolence message was written 15 times, but the party became stronger” – Atishi
Taking aim at BJP, Atishi said that in the last 15 years, ‘political condolence messages’ were written about his party about 15 times, but every time the Aam Aadmi Party emerged stronger. He said,
‘Every 6 months it is claimed that Arvind Kejriwal’s politics is over, but the truth is that the party is continuously expanding.’
Atishi also said that the party has formed the government in Delhi thrice in just 10 years and has established a strong presence in national politics.
Defense of Arvind Kejriwal’s leadership
Atishi defended party convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, saying that under his leadership the Aam Aadmi Party has become one of the fastest growing political forces in the country. He claimed that the party not only won power in Delhi but also performed strongly in Punjab and established its presence in many states.
Atishi said that the people of India have been looking for an alternative politics for a long time, and the Aam Aadmi Party is fulfilling that need. He said, the people of the country want a system that focuses on development, education and health, moving away from just traditional politics. Aam Aadmi Party is moving in the same direction.
BJP accused of misuse of ED and CBI
Atishi made serious allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party and said that investigative agencies are being used against opposition leaders. He said that after some decisions of the courts and legal processes, it is now becoming clear that political conspiracies were hatched. However, these claims have been counterattacked by BJP many times before.
