British luxury car brand Mini India has launched its new powerful convertible car in the Indian market. The starting price of Mini Convertible John Cooper Works Pack has been kept at ₹ 61.50 lakh (ex-showroom). This car has been brought to India completely as a CBU (Completely Built Unit), that is, it has been imported directly from abroad. The good thing is that its booking has started across the country and delivery will also start immediately.
Launched in limited units, not everyone will get it
The company has introduced this car in limited numbers. That means if you are planning to buy it, then you will have to take a decision quickly. This car has been specially brought for those customers who want sporty look and high performance along with open-air driving.
Sporty design and great looks
The design of the new Mini Convertible John Cooper Works Pack is quite attractive. It has Mini’s signature round headlamps, JCW style grille, new bumpers, side skirts and muscular wheel arches.
Customers can buy it in premium colors like Legend Gray and Midnight Black. Also, LED headlights and 17-inch black alloy wheels make its look even more powerful.
Roof will open in 18 seconds, you will enjoy even while walking
The most special thing about this car is its soft-top roof. It opens in just 18 seconds and closes in 15 seconds. Interestingly, it can be operated even while traveling at a speed of 30 km/h. Talking about boot space, space is available up to 160 liters when the roof is open and 215 liters when closed.
There will be a touch of luxury and technology in the interior.
Inside the car, premium JCW sports seats, new steering wheel and digital OLED display have been provided. It has Mini Operating System 9, “Hey Mini” High-tech features like voice assistant, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless charging and Harman Kardon sound system are included.

Powerful engine and tremendous performance
This car has an engine giving 204 bhp power and 300 Nm torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds and its top speed is 240 km/h. It is provided with 7-speed automatic transmission.

For safety, it has been provided with features like 6 airbags, ABS, brake assist, rear camera, tire pressure monitoring and stability control. Mini India is giving 2 years unlimited kilometer warranty with this car. Apart from this, customers can also avail roadside assistance and service plan for up to 10 years. The company is also offering easy EMI and finance options.
