Google grabs attention with funky ‘Devil Wears Prada 2’ motion graphics
The Devil Wears Prada 2 trailer and promotions have already created a lot of excitement and now Google is adding more to it.
The largest search engine provider is playing its part to promote the upcoming romantic comedy featuring Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt.
Google often uses specific “motion graphics” in context of movie promotions, using graphic design elements and animate them to tell a story or grab viewers attention.
In the case of Devil Wears Prada 2it has used a 2D spine animation to attract audience.
For instance, if viewers search the name of the film on Google, they will notice three floating icons on the main page with a particular symbol in the center that describes the gist of the film.
Like, the Devil Wears Prada has a signature “red high heel” icon and the actress’ working in the film have a bossy style of walking.

Therefore, when the icon is clicked on Google, the fans will witness the signature heels tip toeing on the page from one end to another.
As of now, 1.111m people have liked the groovy motion art going viral on the internet.

The highly-anticipated sequel of Devil Wears Prada is scheduled to release worldwide on May 1.
