Political tussle over the word ‘Satyagraha’, Swati Maliwal targets Kejriwal!
While talking to the news agency IANS, he raised the question that what kind of Satyagraha is this, in which a person objects to a judge by declaring himself innocent.
Commenting on the electoral scenario in West Bengal, Maliwal said that images of violence and scary incidents often emerge from the state, especially during elections. He alleged that the atmosphere there is being affected due to the alleged hooliganism of Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers and that is why the Bharatiya Janata Party is getting support.
Apart from this, Maliwal also expressed displeasure over the comments made by AAP Delhi President Saurabh Bhardwaj regarding the marriage of Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha. He said that it is wrong to make such comments on someone’s personal life.
Referring to Parineeti Chopra, he said that it is shameful to talk like this about her. Maliwal alleged that it is becoming a trend in the Aam Aadmi Party that people make personal attacks, which is not good for a healthy environment of politics.
Maliwal also criticized AAP on the issue of boycotting the MCD Mayor elections. He said that the party has boycotted the entire election, which according to him is a wrong strategy.
He sarcastically said that Arvind Kejriwal sometimes behaves like a child and when he fears defeat, he leaves the field. This entire incident has once again heated up the atmosphere of allegations and counter-allegations in Delhi politics.
