Rapido rider’s struggle in the heat
In the viral video, a rider is seen narrating his problem. He says how difficult it becomes to work in the extreme heat. In temperatures around 41 degrees, his phone hangs and the app does not work properly.
Despite this, customers keep calling continuously and they feel that Rapido Rider is deliberately delaying. Rider says that working in such heat also affects his health, but despite this he has to work.

People demanded incentives for riders
