Masodhi/Dhanrua: The strong storm and heavy rain that came on Wednesday evening had a widespread impact in Masodhi and Dhanrua areas. Due to the sudden change in weather, trees were uprooted at many places, while kutcha houses also suffered heavy damage. According to the information, the speed of the storm was so high that many houses collapsed, due to which thousands of people became homeless and had to take shelter in safe places.
Meanwhile, the wedding ceremonies going on in the area were also affected by the weather. Pandals and pavilions set up at many places were uprooted due to the strong wind, due to which the program was disrupted and people had to face a lot of trouble.
At the same time, due to strong storm and rain, power supply has also been badly affected. Due to power interruption in many areas for hours, the local people had to face darkness and humid heat.
Relief and assistance are being demanded from the administration, while people are busy assessing the damage.
