Smith gave a strange statement
Steve Smith said, ‘There are many impressive players in Pakistan Super League. It has been a really good league. There’s a lot of talent here, that’s for sure. We have a lot of quality players in our team. Sahibzada Farhan, obviously it has been good to bat with him at the top. The way he takes the game forward, we have been able to work well together. One day I might fire and he might start a little slower and the next day he might fire while I might start a little slower. So, it has been a good partnership. In terms of bowling, there have been many quality performers in all the teams.
Q: Steve, you’ve played in some of the top leagues in the world. Where do you rank the PSL & which batsman and bowler in this league have impressed you the most?

Questions raised on Steve Smith’s fitness
By watching Steve Smith in this video, his fitness can be estimated. He is playing in Pakistan Super League with this kind of fitness. For this reason, Smith remained unsold in IPL because the demands of age on him are clearly visible. He has also taken retirement from international cricket. In such a situation, PSL is playing unfit foreign players in the tournament and expecting better from them.
Look at Steve Smith and just imagine the fitness standards in the PSL 😥
Many players there are either unsold in the IPL, retired from international cricket, or not at peak fitness.
Even their own players are not fit—so how can they expect better from overseas players? 🤣 pic.twitter.com/anw9YBasGz

Let us tell you that Steve Smith has also played in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He performed brilliantly for all the teams in IPL. Now when he is not playing IPL, he is calling PSL better than IPL.
