GT vs RCB: Deadly bowling by Jason Holder, Rashid-Arshad Khan, Bengaluru gave Gujarat the target of only this many runs.

GT vs RCB: The 42nd match of the Indian Premier League 2026 is being played between Gujarat Titans and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Gujarat captain Shubman Gill won the toss and decided to bowl first, after which the entire RCB team, who came to bat first, was all out for 155 runs in 19.2 overs. Devdutt Padikkal scored the highest 40 runs for RCB. Apart from this, no batsman could play a big innings.

Virat Kohli and Bethel could not give a good start to RCB

Royal Challengers Bangalore, who came to bat first after losing the toss against Gujarat Titans, started the innings with Virat Kohli and Jacob Bethel. However, Bethal could not do anything special and was out after scoring 5 runs in 5 balls. Mohammad Siraj made him walk. After this, Kagiso Rabada gave the second blow to RCB at the score of 35 runs by dismissing Virat Kohli. Kohli was out after scoring 28 runs on 13 balls. He hit 5 fours and one six.

RCB lost 96 runs on the score of 96 runs.

After this, RCB lost the sixth wicket at the score of 96 runs. Rashid Khan showed the way to the pavilion to captain Rajat Patidar. Patidar scored 19 runs on 15 balls. After this, Jason Holder walked Jitesh Sharma on the personal score of 1 run. Then Rashid Khan made Tim David his victim. David was out after scoring 9 runs on 6 balls. After this, Arshad Khan gave the sixth blow to RCB in the form of Krunal Pandya. Pandya returned to the pavilion after scoring 4 runs.

RCB has suffered the 7th setback. Rashid Khan dismissed Devdutt Padikkal and sent him to the pavilion. Padikkal scored 44 runs on 24 balls, then Jason Holder gave the 8th blow to RCB by dismissing Romario Shepherd. Romario Shepherd scored 17 runs on 15 balls. After this, in no time the entire RCB team was reduced to 155 runs in 19.2 overs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar scored 15 not out off 15 balls. While Venkatesh Iyer contributed 12 runs.

Arshad Khan created a stir by taking 3 wickets

Arshad Khan took maximum 3 wickets for Gujarat Titans. While Jason Holder and Rashid Khan took 2-2 wickets. Whereas Mohammad Siraj and Kagiso Rabada got 1-1 success.
