VIDEO: ‘Brother not brother’, Rinku Singh’s family congratulated Sunil Narayan on video call.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) defeated Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the Super Over in the 38th match of IPL 2026 played at Ekana Cricket Stadium on Sunday (26 April) and secured two important points. Sunil Narayan played an important role in helping KKR win. While bowling brilliantly in the Super Over, Sunil Narayan gave only 1 run by taking two wickets, after which Rinku gave victory to his team by hitting a four on the very first ball for KKR.

After this spectacular win, a heart-touching video surfaced from the KKR dressing room. After the match, Rinku’s family congratulated Sunil Narine through video call. In a video posted on social media, Rinku can be seen talking to her mother and sister on video call after leading her team to victory. Then he introduces him to Sunil Narayan.

During this, Rinku’s sister welcomed Narayan in the traditional style by saying “Hello brother”, to which he immediately replied in a joking manner, “No brother, brother.” Rinku then translated the Hindi for the West Indies all-rounder, who was deeply moved by the heart-touching gesture. Let us tell you that with this thrilling victory, KKR team has reached eighth position in the points table. This is KKR’s second win in eight matches. Whereas Lucknow team has slipped to tenth position. This is the sixth defeat of Rishabh Pant’s team in eight matches. Lucknow’s net run rate has fallen to -1.106 which is the worst in the points table.
