Have you ever eaten Paneer Cheela?

Paneer Cheela: We will teach how to make Paneer Cheela. To make the batter of Paneer Cheela, you will need half cup of yellow moong dal, 1/4 cup of rice, 2 green chillies, one spoon of grated ginger, one spoon of red chilli powder, one spoon of chaat masala, half spoon of turmeric powder and salt as per taste. To make paneer stuffing, you will need half cup paneer, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup gram flour sev, one urad papad powder, half teaspoon red chilli flakes, half teaspoon black pepper powder, one teaspoon chaat masala and salt as per taste. To make Paneer Cheela, you will need oil, cheese and chopped coriander.

Step 1- First of all wash yellow moong dal and rice and then soak them for 4 hours. After this, take out yellow moong dal, rice, a little water, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala and salt in the mixer.

Second step- Grind everything well. Now to prepare the cheese stuffing, take out the grated cheese in a bowl.

Third Step- Take chopped tomatoes, gram flour sev, papad powder, chilli flakes, chaat masala, black pepper powder and salt in the same bowl and then mix all these things.

Fourth step- Now heat a pan and spread oil on it. After this, sprinkle water on the pan and then spread the cheela batter well.

Fifth Step- Apply oil on both sides of the cheela and cook it well. After this, spread the cheese stuffing on one side.

Sixth Step- Before serving Paneer Cheela, you can garnish the Cheela with some cheese and chopped green coriander.
