New Delhi:- Amidst the scorching heat and heat wave, Mango Panna is a desi drink which not only quenches thirst but also keeps the body cool. Here we are telling you its easy recipe.

There is nothing better than Aam Panna to keep the body cool from inside amidst the scorching sun and heat waves. It is not only a refreshing drink but in Ayurveda it is considered an excellent medicine to protect from heat stroke and keep the digestive system healthy. The sourness of raw mango and the coolness of mint together provide you energy and freshness for the whole day.

1 cup fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup sugar or jaggery (as per taste)

1 tsp black salt

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

cold water and ice cubes

method of making

First of all, wash the raw mangoes and boil them in the cooker till 2-3 whistles.

When the mangoes cool down, peel them and take out all the pulp in a vessel.

Now add mango pulp, mint leaves, sugar/jaggery, black salt and cumin powder in a mixer jar.

Grind it well and prepare a smooth paste.

Take out this paste in a big jug and add cold water to it as per requirement.

Mix well and pour into glasses, garnish with ice cubes and mint leaves and serve.
