The price of 22 carat gold has come to Rs 1,37,910 and the price of 18 carat gold has come to Rs 1,12,830. In the financial capital Mumbai, 24 carat gold is trading at Rs 1,50,370 and 22 carat gold is trading at Rs 1,37,840 per 10 grams.

Most expensive silver in Chennai

Talking about silver, it has become expensive by Rs 5100 per kg in the last 2 consecutive days. In major metros like Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, the price of one kg silver is running at exactly the same level of Rs 2,55,100. But in Chennai it is the most expensive in the entire country and here its price has been recorded at Rs 2,64,900 per kg.

Condition of other big cities

In Chennai, 10 grams of 24 carat gold is being sold at a very high price of Rs 1,51,850 and 22 carat gold is selling at a very high price of Rs 1,39,190. Apart from this, the price of 24 carat gold in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kolkata is exactly the same at Rs 1,50,370. In Lucknow, Patna, Jaipur and Ahmedabad, the price of 24 carat gold remains completely stable at the level of Rs 1,50,420 per 10 grams.

What will be the price next?

The famous financial institution Goldman Sachs has a strong prediction that there will be a huge rise in the prices of gold in the coming future. The prices will rise further due to big purchases by the world’s central banks and the expectation of interest rate reduction in America. By the end of the year, the price of gold can easily reach Rs 1.63 lakh per 10 grams i.e. 5400 dollars.
