Pawan Khera Thanks Supreme Court: Expressing happiness, Pawan Kheda said that this is not only a personal victory but also a warning to those who misuse power that as long as we remain a constitutional democracy, individual freedom cannot be sacrificed for political vendetta.

After getting anticipatory bail from the Supreme Court, Pawan Kheda shared a post on social media platform X today i.e. on Saturday. In this post, Kheda welcomed the court’s decision and said that it is a victory for the rule of law.

Said ‘Thanks’ to Supreme Court and also to Sonia Gandhi

Thanking the Supreme Court, Pawan Kheda wrote that this decision is not just a legal relief for him, but is also a sign of personal freedom and the strength of the Constitution. In a post made on social media, Pawan Kheda also expressed his gratitude to senior Congress leaders. He addressed Sonia Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and K.C. Thanked many leaders including Venugopal.

He also mentioned his legal team, especially senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi and other advocates, who represented him in the case.

The case is an example of political vendetta: Kheda

Kheda also said that the entire incident was an example of political vendetta. He alleged that state power was used to create pressure against him. According to him, this matter was not only legal but also political, in which an attempt was made to affect his freedom.

Pawan Kheda said that this decision is not just his personal victory, but a message to all those who believe in democracy and the Constitution. He said that in any democratic country, personal freedom cannot be suppressed for political reasons.
