Indian team announced for T20 World Cup, know who got place in the team

The Indian women’s team for the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup has been announced. The special thing is that this edition of the T20 World Cup will be played in England. 12 teams will participate

The 2026 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup is scheduled to begin on June 12, with the final match taking place on July 5. This tournament will be organized in England and Wales in which a total of 12 teams will participate, which are divided into two groups. The Indian team has been placed in Group A along with Australia, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Netherlands.

Team India will start its campaign against Pakistan on June 14. After this, Team India will face Netherlands in its second match. Team India will face South Africa in the third match. In the fourth match, the Indian team will be seen competing against Bangladesh. India will face a strong Australian team in the last match of its group-stage.

Tournament starts from June 12
The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 will be hosted by England and Wales from 12 June to 5 July 2026. There will be 12 teams, 33 matches and a new 12-team format in this tournament. The opening match will be played between England and Sri Lanka in Birmingham on June 12, while the final match will be played at Lord’s on July 5, 2026.
