Tara Sutaria to represent India on global stage, Aishwarya Rai, Alia Bhatt to join Cannes lineup
Tara Sutaria has yet to represent India on a global stage as she prepares to make her Cannes Film Festival debut ahead of the release of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups.
The actress, currently gearing up for her upcoming film, is all set to join Aishwarya Rai, Alia Bhatt, and Payal Kapadia as they walk the red carpet in style.
A source close to the development revealed the Student of the Year star’s schedule for the year, and it appears that the actress is set for big things in 2026.
The insider said, “Ahead of ToxicTara Sutaria is set to make her debut at the Cannes Film Festival 2026, representing India on a global stage.
With Toxic generating buzz, the Cannes debut is expected to mark the beginning of a global phase in Tara’s career.”
On the professional front, Tara’s upcoming film will feature Yash, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, and Rukmini Vasanth in key roles.
Toxic, which was slated for release on March 19, was postponed to avoid a clash with Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar 2, which stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role.
