You can prepare this tasty ladoo at home with minimal ingredients. Coconuts are rich in good fats. Material

  • 1/2 cup of ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups grated coconut

Prepare sweet and sour mango ice cream at home using 3 ingredients, a relief from the hot sun

  • To prepare this mango ladle, first cut the ripe mango into fine pieces.
  • Put these mango pieces in a mixer bowl and make a puree.
  • Remember you don’t want to add water at all.
  • Mix the mango pulp with the condensed milk and then mix it with a pinch of dry coconut.
  • Now keep a kadai on the gas and add this mixture to it and keep it cooking on low flame.
  • You want to cook it until the mixture has thickened and the moisture has evaporated.
  • Now take this mixture in a plate and let it cool completely.
  • Make small balls of the prepared mixture and turn the ladle.
  • You can also spread this mixture on a plate to make a nice barfi.
  • Garnish the ladvas with a sprinkling of dry coconut on top and serve to eat.
