Samantha and Chaitanya worked together in Ye Maaya Chesave in 2010. After this, both of them dated for a long time and got engaged in 2017 and got married in Goa the same year. But in 2021, both of them decided to separate and announced divorce.

After this Chaitanya’s name was linked with Shobhita and both of them got married in 2024 at Annapurna Studios. Samantha married Raj Nidimoru in 2025 at Isha Yoga Centre.
