This helps in improving blood circulation in the skin. After waking up in the morning, ice water can be used to reduce the puffiness of the face or taking an ice cube and gently massaging it all over the face will reduce the puffiness and increase the glow on the face. The use of cold water temporarily shrinks the pores on the skin, making the skin appear much smoother. Also, if you roll ice on your face before applying makeup, the makeup will stay on well and won’t come off quickly.

Big pimples and spots appear on the face after the increase in heat in the body. Apply ice regularly on the face to reduce these spots. Ice rotation keeps the skin cool and keeps the skin fresh. So always take ice in a cotton cloth and then roll it all over your face. This will not cause any harm to the skin.
