To make Bael Sharbat you will need these things-
- ripe vine fruit
- Jaggery powder or sugar as per taste. If you want to drink without sugar then skip it.
- A pinch of black salt and white salt
- 2 to 3 glasses of cold water
- ice cubes
Step by Step Process of making Bael Sharbat at home
- To make wood apple juice, first of all you have to soak the wood apple fruit in water for a few hours.
- After this, break the vine and take out its pulp. Now transfer it to a bigger vessel.
- Add water to the pulp and mix it well. At this time you have to crush the vine and separate its pulp and seeds.
- Now strain this mixture with the help of a sieve so that the fibers get separated.
- If you want to make it more sweet, add jaggery or sugar and mix well.
- After this add salt and black salt and mix.
- Take out the sherbet in a glass. Add ice and serve it chilled.
