BJP’s huge victory in Assam and Bengal, victory in Tamil Nadu close to power

In the assembly elections of five states, BJP got a chance to come to power in three states. BJP has returned for the third consecutive time in Assam. BJP has reached power for the first time after independence in Bengal, the birthplace of Syama Prasad Mukherjee. Even in the Union Territory of Puducherry, the public gave its verdict in favor of the NDA. The Left’s rule in Kerala for the last decade has come to an end. The Congress-led UDF has secured majority here. The biggest upheaval has been seen in Tamil Nadu. Here actor-turned-politician Vijay’s party has achieved the biggest victory.

BJP’s historic victory in Bengal

BJP achieved historic victory in West Bengal. By 9.30 pm on Monday night, the party had won 174 seats. Was leading on 34 seats. TMC won 59 seats and was ahead on 20. Congress and Humayun Kabir’s party won two seats each. CPM and AISF won one seat each.

On Bhawanipur seat, BJP had fielded Suvendu Adhikari against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. In a close contest, Suvendu gave political defeat to Mamata Banerjee for the second time in five years. In 2021 also, Suvendu has defeated Mamata Banerjee in the Nandigram Assembly elections.

Assam: BJP in power for the third consecutive time

In the Assam Assembly elections, BJP won for the third consecutive time under the leadership of Himanta Biswa Sarma. This time the party’s performance was better than the last election. In 2021, where BJP won 60 seats. This time it won 81 seats. Had maintained lead on one seat till late night.

 

Congress captured 18 seats and took lead on one. In 2021, Congress won 26 seats in Assam. Bodoland People’s Front and Assam Gana Parishad got success on 10 seats each. AIUDF and Raijor Dal won two seats each. Trinamool Congress won one seat.

 

Congress CM face and current state president Gaurav Gogoi could not even save his seat. He was defeated by BJP candidate Hitendra Nath Goswami in Jorhat assembly seat by 23182 votes.

Tamil Nadu: Vijay created history in the first election

Actor-turned-politician Vijay’s party TVK created history in its first election. By 9.30 pm his party had won 95 seats and was leading on 12. The landslide victory of Vijay’s party, formed two years ago, is being discussed everywhere. The ruling DMK won 50 seats. It got lead on 10 seats. The number of seats may increase or decrease when the final results are declared.

AIADMK has won 42 seats and is leading on 5. Congress won four seats. Has gained lead on one more seat. Five other parties won two seats each. Three parties captured one seat each. The magic of Vijay’s party worked so much that Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin himself lost the election.

Left clean in Kerala

Here the 10 years of rule of the Left came to an end. UDF led by Congress won a landslide victory. Congress won 63 out of 140 assembly seats in the state. CPM has captured 26 seats. Muslim League has got a total of 22 seats. However, it had fielded its candidates only on 27 seats. CPI won 8 seats, Kerala Congress 7, RSP and BJP 3 each, four parties won 4 each and independents won only 4 seats.

NDA in power in Puducherry

NDA has returned to power in Puducherry. AINRC won 11 out of total 30 assembly seats in the state. DMK has got five seats. BJP has captured four seats and Vijay’s party TVK has captured two seats. Dominance of independents was seen on three seats. Congress and ADMK won one seat each.
