Even in major cities of South India, gold prices remain at almost the same level. In Hyderabad, 24-carat gold is at Rs 1,50,930, 22-carat gold is at Rs 1,38,350 and 18-carat gold is at Rs 1,13,200. However, gold prices are slightly higher in Chennai. Here 24-carat gold has been recorded at Rs 1,52,720, 22-carat gold at Rs 1,39,990 and 18-carat gold at Rs 1,16,790 per 10 grams.

In Kolkata, the price of 24-carat gold is Rs 1,50,930, 22-carat gold is Rs 1,38,350, 18-carat gold is Rs 1,13,200. Prices are almost the same in Bengaluru, where 24-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,50,930, 22-carat gold at Rs 1,38,350 and 18-carat gold at Rs 1,13,200 per 10 grams.
