District Village Industries Officer Gautam Tripathi has informed that under the Pottery Tool Kits Distribution Scheme run by the Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board, in order to promote the pottery items like Kulhan, Parai, Glass, Thali, Gagri etc. made by the traditional artisans associated with clay work, the Uttar Pradesh Pottery Board will launch electric powered wheel for the financial year 2026-27 with the aim of improving the standard of living and increasing their income. The target of 35 for free distribution of (electric chalk) has been achieved.
For which the last date for submitting applications online is 25.05.2026. Also, under the Chief Minister Matikala Employment Scheme, those whose loans have been distributed by the banks from the financial year 2019-20 to 2025-26 can also apply online for Pagmil.
