Today in front of the Honorable President in Delhi, we have raised our voice strongly against the ‘murder of democracy’ taking place in the country. Breaking the parties in an unconstitutional manner and washing the tainted leaders in the BJP’s ‘washing machine’ by misusing central agencies like ED-CBI is our responsibility. pic.twitter.com/9pBxuaoExl

These leaders had started the party
Recently many Rajya Sabha MPs of Aam Aadmi Party left the party and joined other parties. These include names like Ashok Mittal, Sandeep Pathak, Harbhajan Singh, Vikram Sahni, Swati Maliwal and Rajinder Gupta. After the departure of these leaders, the party’s position in the Rajya Sabha has become quite weak. Earlier the party had 10 seats, now this number has reduced to only 3.
