The first Vande Bharat train built in Rae Bareli’s Modern Coach Factory has now been sent for dynamic test and field trials. This train will pass through many stations including Kanpur-Patna. Vande Bharat train will pass through many stations. Which includes cities like Kanpur, Mirzapur, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Arrah, Patna, Jhajha, Jasdih, Asansol and Bardhaman. Preparations to run Vande Bharat train on Delhi-Howrah route are going on at a fast pace.

Now it takes 17-18 hours

At present, testing is still being done. Before running the train, its speed, safety and working method will be checked. Only after this it will be opened for passengers. This trial is being considered a special achievement of Indian Railways. After the commencement of this service, a lot of time will be saved for those traveling from Bengal to Delhi. As of now, the fastest trains running on this route are Howrah Rajdhani Express and Sealdah Rajdhani Express. But despite this, these trains still take 17-18 hours.
