The plot of a major terrorist attack in Delhi failed, temple and dhaba were the target, police caught 9 terrorists.

New Delhi:The Special Cell of Delhi Police has made a big revelation about the Pakistan-backed ‘Shehzad Bhatti Module’ and has revealed many sensational information. Interrogation of the arrested accused revealed that a historical temple in Delhi, a military camp in Haryana and a famous dhaba in Sonipat were the targets of the terrorists.

Recently, during a major operation, the Special Cell had arrested 9 accused associated with this module with heavy weapons. Investigation revealed that the accused had conducted recce of many sensitive places and sent their photographs and videos to their handlers sitting in Pakistan.

Conspiracy to attack historical temple

During interrogation, it was revealed that on the instructions of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI, this module was preparing to target a famous historical temple in Delhi.

According to the investigating agencies, an accused associated with the module had conducted recce of the temple premises and sent photographs and videos of the same to Pakistan. The plan of the terrorists was to carry out a major attack by firing indiscriminately on the police and paramilitary forces deployed for the security of the temple.

The famous dhaba of Sonipat was also in danger

During investigation it also came to light that a popular dhaba situated on Delhi-Sonipat highway was also the target of terrorists.

It has been told that a large number of people gather at this dhaba every day and the terrorists wanted to cause huge loss of life by carrying out a hand grenade attack here.

Reiki was also done in Haryana’s military camp

The name of a military camp located in Hisar has also come to light in the investigation of Delhi Police. The accused had done recce of this military camp and sent its video to their Pakistani handlers.

Apart from this, interrogation also revealed that some police stations of Uttar Pradesh were also included in the possible target list of terrorists.

The operation was conducted in many states

In a major operation, the Special Cell of Delhi Police had taken action in many states including Delhi and arrested 9 members of ‘Shehzad Bhatti Module’ linked to Pakistan ISI.

A huge quantity of weapons have been recovered from the arrested accused and at present the agencies are investigating the entire network in depth.
