Material

Amla: 6

Water: 1 glass

Mustard oil: 5-6 tbsp

Salt: as per taste

Whole cumin: 1/4 tsp

Red chilli: ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp

Coriander Powder: 1/4 tsp

Green chilli: 1 finely chopped

Method

First of all, wash the Amla thoroughly, cut it into small pieces and remove the seeds. Then add water in a vessel and cook the gooseberry on low flame. Keep in mind that the Amla should boil completely, for this, cook it till the water reduces to half. Then turn off the gas and filter the Amla, but do not throw away its water, because it is pure Amla juice. If you want, you can also drink it directly, it is very beneficial for the stomach.

Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds to it. Then add salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder and green chilli and cook well. Next, add amla pieces and mix well. If you like sweet, you can also add a teaspoon of sugar to it. Your delicious and nutritious amla recipe is ready.
