Punjab Minister Sanjeev Arora Arrested: In a major political development in Punjab politics on Saturday, Punjab government minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjeev Arora was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case. The information has come to light that the ED has taken this action after a long investigation and raids.
According to the information received, the ED had started raids at various places related to Sanjeev Arora since Saturday morning. During this operation, it is said that important documents, information of financial transactions and some electronic devices were checked. Sources have informed that some related persons have also been detained for questioning. After several hours of interrogation, the ED finally arrested Arora.

Bhagwant Maan Targets Central Govt
Before this action, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann held a press conference and strongly criticized the central government and the BJP. He alleged that central investigative agencies like ED and CBI were being used to target opposition party leaders. “Central investigative agencies are being misused to achieve political ends. Attempts are being made to pressure and intimidate opposition leaders,” said Bhagwant Mann.
