According to the Panchang, Jyeshtha Amavasya Tithi will start from 5:11 am on May 16, 2026 and will continue till 1:30 am on May 17. On the basis of Udaya Tithi, Vat Savitri Vrat will be observed on Saturday, 16 May 2026. On this day, women will worship the banyan tree and pray for the long life of their husbands and the happiness and prosperity of their family.
