Excellent performance of Sonbhadra Police in Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Dashboard, got 04th position

Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma, special campaigns are being run continuously to strengthen law and order by taking effective action against crime and criminals in the district. The district police is continuously taking effective action in the field of crime control, arrest of wanted criminals, women safety, prevention of cyber crimes, strengthening of traffic system and quick and quality disposal of complaints of the common people.

The result of this active and effective working style of the district police is that in the month of April 2026, Sonbhadra district has secured 4th position at the state level in the District Flagship – Law and Order ranking of the Chief Minister Dashboard. In the said ranking, Sonbhadra district got 8.14 marks out of 10.00, which shows 81.40 percent performance.

This achievement is the result of hard work, dedication and teamwork of all the officers and employees of the district police. Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra has been providing necessary guidelines from time to time to make law and order more effective in the district, curb crimes and strengthen the sense of security among the common people, positive results of which are being seen.
