Trisha reached the oath taking ceremony of CM Vijay wearing ‘Gajra’, created havoc in blue saree; watch viral video
Chennai: Today a new sunrise has come in the politics of Tamil Nadu. Superstar Thalapathy Vijay, popularly known as ‘Jana Nayakan’, took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu at 10 am on Sunday at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai. But in this historic swearing-in ceremony, along with politics, there was also a lot of glamor and gossip. As the time for superstar Vijay to take oath approached, actress Trisha Krishnan was seen leaving her house, the video of which is now spreading like wildfire on social media.
Blue saree and gajra: Trisha’s look won the hearts of fans
Trisha chose a very simple but royal look for the swearing-in ceremony. Trisha’s beauty in light blue saree, hair tied in a bun and Gajra decorated on it attracted the attention of the paparazzi present there. As she was leaving home in her black SUV, reporters surrounded her. Expressing her happiness on this ‘big day’ for Tamil Nadu, the actress simply said, “I am eagerly waiting for it.”
Dating rumors and divorce dispute with wife
Trisha’s presence at the event has rekindled the speculations that have been going on about Vijay and his relationship for the last several years. Earlier this year, these rumors deepened when Vijay’s wife filed a divorce petition in the court. Vijay’s wife accused him of infidelity and cruelty in the court, claiming that despite being married, Vijay was in a relationship with another actress. Although he did not take anyone’s name, it is common discussion among fans and media that the gesture was towards Trisha only.
Tight security arrangements and huge majority
Vijay’s party TVK has crossed the majority mark of 118 in the assembly, after which Chennai has been completely converted into a cantonment. Thousands of supporters have gathered outside the Nehru Stadium, who are desperate to see their favorite ‘Thalapathy’ in the Chief Minister’s chair. Trisha’s entry has made this political environment even more a topic of discussion.
