Amazing health properties of Peepal

Peepal tree provides many health benefits, including it being a source of oxygen throughout the day. In Ayurveda, its leaves are used in the manufacturing of various medicines, and it is also helpful in preventing heart related diseases.

1. Improves heart health

Boil 15 fresh peepal leaves thoroughly in a glass of water. Boil it until the water level remains 1/3. Cool it and take it in three doses. Taking it after three hours in the morning reduces the risk of heart diseases.

2. Beneficial for teeth

To strengthen and whiten teeth, use Datun made from Peepal stem. It also reduces toothache. Using toothpaste made by finely grinding 10 grams of peepal bark, catechu and 2 grams of black pepper provides relief from dental problems.

3. Helpful in asthma

Peepal tree works as a natural remedy for asthma patients. For this, remove the inner part of the bark of Peepal stem, dry it and make a fine powder of it and consume it with water.

4. Relief from cough and cold

To get relief from cold, cough and flu caused by change in weather, boil 5 peepal leaves in milk. Mix sugar in it and drink it in the morning and evening, this will give you relief.
