The biggest advantage of this online system is that now the complaints will be monitored directly from the headquarters, which will curb corruption and bring transparency in the work.

Just one phone call and tension will go away, helpline 1100 started

Along with the digital portal, the government is also taking care of those people who do not know how to use the internet. The government is going to launch ‘Sahayog Helpline Number 1100’ soon. This helpline will be operational from 8 am to 8 pm. People living in villages and remote areas will be able to register their problems through just one call. This step is being considered no less than a boon especially for the elderly and rural population.

‘Cooperation camps’ will be organized every month, solution will be confirmed in 30 days

To reduce the gap between the public and the officials, the Government has decided to organize ‘Cooperation Camps’ on the first and third Tuesday of every month. Officers themselves will be present in these camps and will listen to the complaints of the people on the spot. The most important thing is that it will now be mandatory for the officers to dispose of the complaints lodged within 30 days. After the solution is reached, information will also be given to the complainant in writing.
