Do not buy gold, avoid traveling abroad: CM Dhami asked for these 7 resolutions from the people of Uttarakhand, told the formula of ‘national interest’

Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has made a very emotional and important appeal to the people of the state to strengthen the country’s economy and make the dream of ‘self-reliant India’ come true. CM Dhami clearly said that saving energy and resources is not the responsibility of just one person, but it is the collective responsibility of all of us. In his appeal, Chief Minister Dhami has mentioned some things which directly impact the country’s foreign exchange reserves and economy. He requested the public to postpone unnecessary foreign trips for some time if it is not absolutely necessary. Instead, we should give priority to our country’s tourist destinations and local products i.e. ‘Swadeshi’.

Not only this, the Chief Minister has also made a unique request to the middle class and affluent families. He said that if possible, avoid purchasing gold jewelery for at least a year. It is being told that the Chief Minister has given this suggestion to reduce the pressure on the economy due to heavy import of gold in the country. He says that with these small sacrifices we can play our part in improving the economic health of the country.

From farming to kitchen: You will have to change your habits

Expressing his concern towards environment and health, CM Dhami has also sought special cooperation from farmers and housewives. He said that now the time has come when we have to leave the indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizers in farming and return to natural fertilizers. This will not only save the fertility of the soil, but will also provide pure food to the people.

At the same time, regarding kitchen budget and health, he stressed on the moderate use of edible oil. According to the Chief Minister, to reduce the increasing consumption of petrol and diesel, we should use public transport more and more. In fact, energy saving is the production of energy, and if we save electricity and fuel at our level, it is a direct service to the nation.

People’s movement will become the resolution of ‘self-reliant India’
