Actress Karishma Tanna made a special request to pregnant women, told the benefits of walking!
In the clip, Karisma can be heard saying, “Hi guys, just a little reminder for all the moms-to-be. One thing that really helps me during pregnancy is walking. Even just a short walk every day makes a big difference physically and mentally.”
Karishma Tanna said, “Believe me. Pregnancy is a very beautiful experience, but yes, the way the body changes, there is fatigue, all this is absolutely true and that is why it becomes very important to keep the body active. I mean, there is no pressure, just stay active, stay strong and maintain connection with your body.”
“Just walking for 20-30 minutes a day will give you relief from swelling, stiffness, mood swings, sleep and digestion related problems and honestly, it will make you feel much better from inside.”
To all the pregnant women watching this video, please, please be gentle with yourself, but don’t stop moving completely. Your body will thank you later. I will also thank you later. Lots of love.

Karisma, a fitness enthusiast, started dating Varun Bangera, a Mumbai-based real estate businessman, in 2021. They got married in 2022. This April, the actress announced that she is all set to welcome her first child with husband Varun.
