CM Yogi attacked the opposition in Kashi, said – those who destroyed Sanatan have themselves been destroyed!
The Chief Minister said that from Mohammed Ghori to the Mughal rulers, many foreign invaders tried to erase India’s spiritual and cultural identity but they could never destroy India’s soul and eternal consciousness.
He said that Aurangzeb had created a structure of slavery by demolishing the ancient temple of Baba Vishwanath but he could not break the soul of India. Sanatan is not limited only to the walls of temples but it resides in the consciousness and soul of India.
CM Yogi said, “Those who tried to destroy Sanatan have themselves been buried in the ground today. Today there is no one to take the name of those invaders but Kashi Vishwanath Dham and Somnath Mahadev Temple are carrying forward the story of India’s self-respect and cultural pride.”
Praising the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, he said that with his guidance and inspiration the concept of ‘One India, Best India’ seems to be coming true.
Taking aim at the opposition without taking names, CM Yogi said that unfortunately even today some powers do not want to see India’s self-respect and cultural symbols moving forward. These were the people who continuously tried to create obstacles in the re-consecration of Somnath temple and construction of Shri Ram temple.
Earlier, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Anandiben Patel reached Kashi Vishwanath temple and worshiped Baba Vishwanath as per rituals and wished for the happiness and prosperity of the state. Strict security arrangements were made in the temple premises. In the program organized at Trimbakeshwar Auditorium, the students welcomed the guests with conch shells and Vedic chanting.
