Woman working in New Zealand told about work culture

While sharing the video on Instagram, a woman named Jyoti Sehrawat said that if a person works in New Zealand, whether it is full-time or part-time, then he understands the real work-life balance.

According to him, in the office there, family is given more importance than work. If an employee has important work related to his family, he is given priority. This is the reason why people are able to live a good life there along with their personal life.
