Puducherry. All India NR Congress (AI NRC) President N Rangaswamy will take oath as the Chief Minister of Puducherry on Wednesday, May 13. After the assembly elections, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government is going to be formed in the Union Territory of Puducherry. Like last time, it has been agreed to give two ministerial posts to the Bharatiya Janata Party in the government formed under the leadership of Chief Minister Rangasamy.
Initially Rangasamy had talked about giving only one ministerial post, but later after a direct conversation with Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, Rangasamy agreed to make two ministers from BJP. According to the information, Lieutenant Governor K. will be present at the swearing-in ceremony to be held at Raj Bhavan at 9:47 am on Wednesday. Kailashnathan AI will administer the oath of office to NRC leader Rangasamy as Chief Minister. This will be Rangasamy’s fifth term as Chief Minister of Puducherry.
