There is panic in the Samajwadi Party after the defeat of Mamata Banerjee in Bengal. Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has decided to work at the grassroots level. For this, he has prepared a strategy by meeting with all the frontal presidents of the organization.
A team of former MLAs including frontal presidents of the party has been prepared. They are being sent to migrate to the districts. These people will go to the districts and hold meetings with the party organization leaders and review them assembly wise.

Responsibility will rest on the shoulders of booth presidents
Booth presidents of SP will have to bring out the voter list of their booth and write their caste in front of the voters there. After counting the caste booth, the voter list will be given to the sector president. The Sector President will compile the caste census report of the voter list from all the polling stations in his area and submit it to the District President.
Assembly wise caste assessment will be done. The officials of the organization will prepare a report of which caste people live more in which assembly and submit it to the state headquarters. After this, tickets will be distributed in the Legislative Assemblies according to caste balance.

Conducting confidential survey of candidates
Samajwadi Party does not want to make any mistakes in the upcoming assembly elections. For this the party is working cautiously. The party is also conducting a confidential survey of the defeated and won candidates in all the assemblies of UP. The hold which candidate has in his area is also being assessed.
Preparation to repair district level committees
Samajwadi Party is busy preparing to reform the committees at the district level for the upcoming assembly elections. Regarding this, several rounds of division wise meetings were also held in the state office. Senior leaders of the party believe that only the strength of the organization can give a sharp edge in the elections.
