Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini participated in Maharana Pratap Jayanti celebrations in Ambala, Mandi festival became a pilgrimage site

Haryana News: Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini participated as the chief guest in the state level program organized in Ambala on the occasion of Maharana Pratap Jayanti. Mizoram Governor General VK Singh also had a dignified presence in the program.

In his address, the Chief Minister said that it was his great pleasure to attend the birth anniversary of the brave son Maharana Pratap. He bowed to Maharana Pratap calling him a symbol of bravery, valor and bravery. Referring to the Haldighati war (1576), the Chief Minister said that Maharana Pratap and his elephant Ramprasad and horse Chetak give us the message of sacrifice to protect the nation, religion and honour.

Grain market converted into pilgrimage site

The Chief Minister said that the grain market of Shahzadpur was transformed into a pilgrimage site of patriotism during this function. He also announced plans to open a Maharana Pratap Study Center in Kurukshetra University and establish a chair in the name of Maharana Pratap.

Rs 31 lakh for Rajput hostel

On this occasion, the name of Government Women’s School will be changed to Maharani Padmavati Government College and it was announced to give Rs 31 lakh for Rajput Hostel. The Chief Minister said that this place will continue to teach the coming generations about patriotism, bravery and courage like Maharana Pratap.

Referring to Operation Sindoor under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the program, the Chief Minister also informed about teaching a lesson to the terrorists by the country’s security forces.
