‘I am thankful to PM Modi…’ Why did Congress MP Imran praise the Prime Minister? there was a commotion
Amidst the ongoing crisis in the Middle East (West Asia), politics in the country has heated up due to an appeal by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The opposition seems to be continuously attacking the central government. Meanwhile, a big statement has come out from Congress’s firebrand Lok Sabha MP Imran Masood from Saharanpur seat of Uttar Pradesh. Taking a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Imran Masood suddenly said that I am thankful to PM Modi that even if it is late, at least now he is understanding the matter. However, the sharp sarcasm hidden behind this ‘praise’ of Masood has now become a topic of discussion in political circles.
Had we listened to Rahul Gandhi, we would not have had to see this day.
Responding to the Prime Minister’s appeal, Imran Masood cornered the government regarding the country’s economic situation. He said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had warned the government long ago that the country’s economy would go down, but the Prime Minister and his government did not pay any attention to it in time. In a special conversation with news agency ANI, Imran Masood reminded that Rahul Gandhi had clearly said in the Parliament last year that the government is making the Indian economy only consumer-based, whereas to take the country forward, it is very important for it to be production-based.
Diplomacy failed, now government should immediately call an all-party meeting
Saharanpur MP Imran Masood also raised serious questions on the foreign policy of the central government. He said that the present government does not think deeply about the fundamentals. The difficult situation in which the country has found itself today is actually the result of a huge diplomatic failure of India. Masood demanded that the Prime Minister should immediately call an all-party meeting on this serious issue and should move forward only after taking the opinion of the country’s economic and strategic experts. He said in a warning tone that inflation in the country is about to reach its peak and a huge crisis is looming before India.
Like Corona, Rahul Gandhi had earlier warned about this crisis also.
Praising Rahul Gandhi’s foresight, the Congress MP said that he had warned the government before every crisis that befell the country. Rahul Gandhi had alerted the country even before the arrival of the Corona epidemic, but even then the government ignored his words. Attacking BJP, Imran Masood said that the ruling party always has a lot of masala ready to abuse the opposition, you keep abusing us, no problem. But along with abusing, you should also think about the country and do some work for the welfare of the country.
Israel was never our friend, we have a centuries old relationship with Iran
Attacking Prime Minister Modi on the foreign policy front, Imran Masood said that India has always been a non-aligned country and we should have stuck to this policy. Questioning the government’s stand, he said that if you had garlanded Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, you should have immediately paid tribute to the demise of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. PM Modi did not even express condolences on this, and it took a long time of a week for the Government of India to officially express condolences. Imran Masood said in clear words that Iran is our true friend and we have a centuries-old cultural and trade relationship with it, whereas Israel was never our friend, nor is it ever, nor will it ever be.
