Judge Lawyer Argument: A shocking case has come to light from Rohini Court of Delhi, where the video of the heated argument between the judge and the lawyers inside the courtroom is becoming increasingly viral on social media. It is being told that the dispute started during the hearing in Court No. 212 between Additional District Judge Shri Rakesh Singh and the President of the Bar Association.
The matter escalated so much that loud arguments, allegations and counter-accusations and even allegedly abusive language started between the two parties. According to the information, the dispute started during the hearing of a case. In the viral video, it can be seen that the lawyers present in the court are standing and a heated argument is taking place between the judge and a lawyer. In the video, the judge is heard saying, “What’s the matter?” To which the lawyer angrily replies, “This is not the right way.” After this the debate intensifies.
In the video, the lawyer allegedly makes serious allegations against the judge and says, “You sit in the court drunk and make threats.” To this the judge replies, “Don’t make allegations.” During the debate, the lawyer is also heard saying that he will take the matter to the High Court. The matter escalated so much that court personnel had to intervene. Along with the viral video on social media, many people are also talking about maintaining respect between the bar and the bench in the justice system.

Meanwhile, the coordination committee of bar associations of the district courts of Delhi has called an emergency meeting on the entire matter and registered a strong protest. The committee issued a statement saying that such behavior in the court is not in keeping with judicial dignity and appropriate action should be taken in the matter.
