In this proposal, Iran has clearly said that it does not want to make nuclear weapons.

According to Tasnim News Agency, Iran says that America is not trustworthy. He has to restore trust first. Only after this can the talks be successful. After stopping the war in April, America and Iran are continuously negotiating for a nuclear deal.
