Roma interested in Nusa, Summerville and Greenwood for big spending 2026
The Giallorossi decided to push advisor Claudio Ranieri and director of sport Frederic Massara aside this summer to follow the vision of coach Gian Piero Gasperini.
That means the new signings will be players specifically requested by him, with players more suited to his style of football already seen with Atalanta.
Roma looking for reinforcements
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport the primary target is Nusa, who had already been approached last summer and in January only to be put off by the €60m asking price.
It is claimed that the cost has since dropped by around €10m, so the 21-year-old would be within reach, especially if Matias Soulé was sold first.

Liverpool and Milan have also been linked with the Norway international, who scored five goals with four assists in 35 competitive games this season.
There are other wide men required too by Roma, and they are looking around for bargains.

Summerville could be available for cheap if West Ham United are relegated from the Premier League.
The 24-year-old can play on the left or right, contributing seven goals and four assists in 33 games for the Hammers this season.
Roma hope that the fact he shares an agency with January signing Donyell Malen can give them a leg up in the negotiations for Summerville.

A more expensive option is Greenwood, who had been linked with Serie A before coming to Olympique Marseille.
Due to his history off the field, a return to the Premier League is unlikely, but the 24-year-old’s form on the pitch is impressive with 26 goals and 11 assists in 45 games this term.
He is in a tense situation with Marseille and has long been admired for his playing style by Roma coach Gasperini.
