Women’s T20 World Cup: Ireland has announced its 15-member squad for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026. This team is a balanced mix of young and experienced players. The special thing is that the Irish team could not make it to the 2024 edition, but now they have made a great comeback.

The command of the team has been handed over to Gabby Lewis, who will captain Ireland for the first time in a T20 World Cup. Lewis performed brilliantly in the qualifiers and scored 276 runs in 7 matches and played an important role in taking the team to the main tournament.
