Tezzbuzz Desk – Aamir Khan recently spoke openly about the failure of his films and the pain caused by it. Aamir told that when any of his films is not liked by the audience, it has a deep impact on him and he goes into depression for a long time.
Actually, Aamir Khan and his son Junaid Khan had high expectations from the film Ek Din, which was released on May 1. Sai Pallavi was seen with Junaid Khan in the film. However, the film could not impress the audience at the box office and proved to be a flop.
During an interview, Aamir Khan was asked how he feels when the audience does not like a film even after years of hard work. To this Aamir replied in a very emotional manner. He said that when a film does not work, he is heartbroken.
Aamir said, “We make films for our audience. People buy tickets and come to be entertained. No audience goes to the theater thinking that they have to watch a bad film today. If the audience does not like the film, then we are lacking somewhere.”
He further said that after the flop of the film, he felt very broken. Aamir said, “I go into depression for two-three months. A film is like a child for us. When it gets rejected, it hurts a lot.”
Aamir Khan also said that it is important to celebrate failure. According to him, when a film does not work, it feels as if you have lost your child. In such times, a person should give himself time so that he can come out of that pain and then move forward again.
