The full name of Al-Badr terrorist Hamza Burhan is Arjumand Gulzar Dar. He was the mastermind of the grenade attack on CRPF in Pulwama in 2020. It is being told that at the time of his death Hamza Burhan Was working as Principal in Abbas Institute of Medical Sciences in Muzaffarabad. In 2022, the Government of India had declared Arjumand Gulzar Dar alias Hamza Burhan alias Doctor as a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). It is being told that Arjumand Gulzar Dar was living in Pakistan since 2015. Apart from working as a commander in Al-Badr, he was also actively involved in the recruitment of terrorists.
