A case of deadly attack by entering a house over a land dispute has come to light in Masaurhi police station area. One person was seriously injured in the incident. The victim has lodged an FIR against three people at Masaurhi police station and demanded action. Victim Virendra Kumar, aged 55 years, father late Kameshwar Prasad, resident of Dhanbad, Post Osmanchak, police station Masauri, district Patna, told in the application given to the police that on May 20 at around 6 pm, Ravindra Kumar, resident of Devta village, his wife Sudha Kumari and daughter Neha Raj entered their house with sharp weapons.
It is alleged that everyone started abusing. When he protested, Ravindra Kumar attacked Virendra Kumar’s head with a sharp weapon, due to which his head got cracked and he started bleeding profusely. The victim alleged that during this time Sudha Kumari also took out one thousand rupees from his pocket.
Hearing the noise during the incident, nearby villagers reached the spot, after which all the accused fled from there. The victim was treated for his injuries.
Virendra Kumar told in the application that the accused were continuously threatening to kill him for the last two years. He said that tension had arisen many times in the past due to land dispute and now they have attacked and tried to commit suicide. The victim has also expressed concern about the safety of himself and his family. Here, Masodhi police station has registered a case on the basis of the application and started investigation. Police say that the matter will be investigated and further legal action will be taken.
