Wash hair two to three times a week
According to health experts, it is considered best to wash hair only two to three times a week during summer because daily shampooing removes the sebum i.e. natural oil of the scalp, due to which the hair becomes dry and lifeless and starts breaking. However, every person’s hair type is different, so the rules of washing hair should also be different.
Follow these rules according to hair type
People whose hair becomes sticky quickly due to oily scalp should use mild shampoo three to four times a week. Whereas people who have dry scalp i.e. people with dry hair should wash their hair only twice a week to maintain moisture.

gym or workout people
People who do heavy workouts daily sweat more, so instead of shampooing daily, they should clean their hair with plain water only. Be it boys or girls, they should not comb wet hair immediately after washing their hair because the roots of wet hair are weak, due to which hair breaks more. Apart from this, always use cold or normal water instead of hot water to wash your hair because hot water damages the hair. Even if you use conditioner after shampoo, use it only on the length of the hair, avoid applying it on the scalp.
